While other fitness trainers focus solely on training your muscles, I target the muscles along with joints and connective tissues. This means a stronger, more athletic and injury resilient body for you!
30-45 Minutes of Training Focus can be strength & conditioning, movement, mobility &/or stability. Excellent for those short of time..
When training at YTRAINER I will work towards addressing your specific deficiencies on each one of your joints and help select the right progression for your current capabilities.
As a certified professional specialist I’m here to ensure you are working and progressing at the appropriate levels of my program.
